What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll join our People and Organisation team based at Botanica Ditton Park, Slough, with an expectation of attending the office 2-3 days per week. We encourage regular collaboration on-site to help you connect and learn from industry leaders, with flexible hybrid options to suit your lifestyle. As part of the Total Reward team, you will contribute to projects both in the UK and Internationally.

  • Work with international teams to understand different reward approaches across markets and regions worldwide.
  • Prepare clear and engaging materials, including data analysis and market insights, to support decisions on pay and benefits.
  • Partner with the Total Reward team on various initiatives. You may also lead activities and work with senior leaders and HR teams.
  • Support building consistent reward processes across, ensuring they meet both employee needs and business goals.
  • Develop engaging communications to support the launch of new reward projects and initiatives.
We focus on potential, curiosity, and your drive to learn rather than past experience.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
We want everyone to have an equal chance to shine. While you'll submit your CV, our hiring teams will not view your CV until the final stage of assessment. We evaluate your strengths, mindset, and problem-solving abilities, not just your background.

  • Currently working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a relevant business‑related subject.
  • Passionate about making a difference, curious, analytical, and strong in managing projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and contributes new ideas.
  • Enthusiastic about people and numbers, capable of working independently on projects.
  • Team player willing to take on various tasks, with the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and liaise with people at all levels within Siemens.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Loves to learn and be challenged, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Willing to analyse large data sets and possesses good time management skills.

  • Subsidised gym memberships and wellbeing support.
  • Discounts on everyday retail, travel, and lifestyle spending.
Purpose-Driven Work:

  • Contributing to meaningful projects that use technology and innovation to make a positive real-world impact.
