Siemens AG in Poole, Dorset invites you to join our UK early careers internship in human resources and learning. Based at Botanica Ditton Park with hybrid 2-3 days on-site, you’ll gain hands-on experience across P&O projects, data analysis, and change initiatives while building a personal training plan.

During rotations, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, receive mentoring, and contribute to sustainability and community initiatives, aiming to develop core HR skills for a future career.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll be based in our new Botanica office, with an expectation of attending the office 2-3 days per week. We encourage regular collaboration on-site to help you connect and learn from industry leaders, with flexible hybrid options to suit your lifestyle.

We’ll create a personalised training plan to boost your skills and set you up for a successful career in the human resources and learning sector.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with P&O colleagues to support the business through change and help to craft the future of work.
• Research and analyse data to support current and future P&O activities.
• Act as an ambassador for the P&O team while you network with a wide variety of colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
• You’ll also have the flexibility throughout the internship to focus on topics and projects which most interest you.
