You'll support UK brand and campaign planning, collaborate with Sales, and help deliver on-brand marketing materials across channels while learning from senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Role Title: Marketing Intern

At Siemens, we create technology that transforms the everyday. Whether you're passionate about tech, engineering, sustainability, or business strategy, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines - you'll contribute to real-world projects that shape industries and communities across the UK.
You’ll join our Siemens Financial Services Marketing department based in Botanica Ditton Park, with an expectation of attending the office 2-3 days per week. We encourage regular collaboration on-site to help you connect and learn from industry leaders, with flexible hybrid options to suit your lifestyle.
You will be part of a thriving Marketing department and support the UK Senior Channel Marketing Managers to develop and deliver the UK brand and campaign strategy and annual marketing plans.
We focus on potential, curiosity, and your drive to learn rather than a laundry list of past experience.
This opportunity is open to undergraduate students looking to complete a one-year industrial placement as part of their degree.
We want everyone to have an equal chance to shine. While you’ll submit your CV, our hiring teams will not view your CV until the final stage of assessment. We evaluate your strengths, mindset, and problem-solving abilities - not just your background.
As we prepare to relocate to our Botanica office in early 2027, assessment centres for this role are planned to take place in February 2027.
We believe belonging empowers people to thrive and innovate. Siemens is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace where diverse minds drive progress. If you need any adjustments or support during the application or assessment process, please let our recruitment team know — we are here to support you at every stage.
We review applications on an ongoing basis and may close roles early due to high demand.
