Saxton Recruitment is assisting a major North American contractor to appoint Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for design and build projects across Toronto.

This opportunity offers a salary of £70K-£115K, tax-free relocation, a company car or car allowance, pension scheme, and relocation to Canada. Suitable candidates will have experience managing large-scale D&B projects and relocating if required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale Design & Build projects.
• Willingness to relocate to Canada.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
• Work with pre-construction team to develop project budget.
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project.
• Manage project administration and daily operations.
• Monitor the change management process.
