Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is seeking a Project Director / Senior Project Manager to lead major design-and-build projects in Toronto for a Tier 1 contractor. You will manage large-scale schemes (£25m+), oversee on-site safety and quality, and coordinate pre-construction budgets before delivering on time and to budget.

• Experience leading large-scale design-and-build projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and pre-construction activities.
• Strong on-site safety and quality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to ensure project is built on schedule and budget.
• Work with pre-construction team to develop project budget.
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project.
• Manage project administration and daily operations.
• Monitor the change management process.
