Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a major North American contractor to recruit a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager for large-scale Design & Build projects in Toronto, Canada. The role involves leading design teams, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with pre-construction and site delivery teams.

The package includes a generous basic salary (£65k-£110k equivalent in CAD/USD), a profit-related bonus potential, and a tax-free relocation package to Toronto.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Design & Build projects (£25m+)
• Proven ability to manage design teams and key stakeholders
• Willing to relocate to Canada
