Job summary

Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a client to appoint a Design Manager/Senior Design Manager to lead design delivery on major D&B projects in Toronto. The role requires relocation to Canada and managing design, programme, safety and quality on site for large-scale works.

The package includes a competitive salary (£65K-£110K approx) and a tax-free relocation package, plus a company car or allowance. Candidates must be willing to relocate internationally to join a Tier 1/2 contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+.
• Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site.
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design policy and procedures.
• Ensure the team is meeting the compliance and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project to ensure compliance and cost-effective design.
• Liaise with pre-construction and site delivery teams.
