Saxton Recruitment LTD is recruiting a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager for Toronto on major design-and-build projects. You will oversee design teams, coordinate with pre-construction and site delivery teams, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams on large-scale design-and-build projects.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and design teams.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada.

• Ensure the team is meeting the compliance and contractual obligations.
