Job summary

Saxton Recruitment has partnered with a major North American contractor to appoint a Project Director / Senior Project Manager for Toronto, overseeing design and build projects. The role targets candidates with extensive experience on large-scale £25m+ projects, and the ability to relocate to Canada.

Salary ranges £100k-£140k with profit-related bonus and relocation incentives, plus pension and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+
• Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
• Work with the pre-construction team to develop the project budget
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project
• Manage the project administration and daily operations
• Monitor the change management process
