The role targets Senior Design Manager experience on D&B schemes (£25m+), with relocation to Canada supported by a tax-free package, visa/work permits, and progression within a Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor. The package includes a salary range and benefits for relocation and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale design & build projects (£25m+).
• Proven ability to lead design teams and coordinate with pre-construction and delivery teams.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design policy and procedures
• Ensure the team is meeting the compliance and contractual obligations
• Monitor project to ensure compliance and cost-effective design
• Liaise with pre-construction and site delivery teams
