Job Description:

The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the Merchandising department, including forecasting sales and stock levels, monitoring performance, collaborating with Buying teams, participating in trade meetings, evaluating department performance, developing team members, and managing trade plans.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with proven experience in Merchandising within a Fashion Retail business, experience in planning sales and stock, confidence in managing a category, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and preferably experience in managing team members. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and MS Office, are required; knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
