BSS Industrial in Aberdeen is seeking a Tool Hire Manager to lead the Tool Hire department, supervise staff and deliver a high-quality service to customers. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, optimise resources and maintain equipment to the highest standard.

As part of the role you will develop and execute a proactive sales action plan to achieve and exceed the annual operating plan, while ensuring health and safety compliance and proper documentation across tools and plant.

Qualifications

• Supervise Tool Hire team and operations.
• Develop sales plans to hit the annual operating plan (AOP).
• Ensure equipment maintenance and health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tool Hire department staff and coordinate daily activities to deliver a quality customer service.
• Develop and execute proactive sales action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Oversee maintenance of plant and tools and ensure proper documentation.
