Job summary

Jewson Colwick is seeking a proactive Tool Hire Manager to lead day-to-day tool hire operations at the Colwick Industrial Estate. You will oversee delivery, loading, and customer service while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will develop relationships with customers, drive growth through cross-selling, and coach the tool hire team to deliver excellent service. The role includes shift patterns and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in tool hire is preferred.
• Effective supervision of the branch tool hire team.
• Strong sales focus with cross-selling and upselling.
• Positive attitude, integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities and manage resources for safe operations.
• Develop strong customer relationships and drive branch growth through cross-selling.
• Mentor team members and support their development.
