Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser. This role focuses on generating new business and is ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in the branch's valuation activities and representing our Estate Agency business in your local area.

What you will receive as a Sales Adviser at butters john bee Estate Agents in Hanley:
  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm on four weekdays, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and onboarding:
  • One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
  • Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay in Colchester during training
  • Second week at the L&D Centre within the first 5-6 weeks of employment
Key responsibilities:
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Manage valuation activities and generate leads using ROSIE software
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up on valuation opportunities
  • Participate in canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media and door knocking
  • Engage with customers to generate referral business and collect reviews
  • Manage inbound calls, viewings, and valuation opportunities

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Own vehicle in good condition
