Holcim is looking for a dedicated HGV Tipper Driver to join our Cauldon-based team. The role offers night or day shifts with full training provided, delivering aggregates and asphalt across the region while upholding high safety and vehicle-care standards.

You will be part of a respected team, with opportunities for career progression and a strong focus on health and safety across UK operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Category C (class 1) licence or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
• Strong safety awareness and professional driving habits.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and customers.

• Deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt.
• Operate safely and maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness.

The Opportunity

Looking to take your HGV driving career to the next level? Whether you’re an experienced Tipper Driver or new to the field, we’ll fully support your development and help you transition from HGV to Tipper driving with full training provided!

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and safety-focussed HGV Tipper Driver to work on a dedicated night shift OR dedicated day shift to join our team, regionally based, you’ll be delivering across the region based out of Cauldon

You’ll be responsible for delivering primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Who You Are

• You’ll be a safe driver, with a valid Category C licence.
• You’ll have good geographical knowledge of the local area.
• You’ll have an excellent awareness of safety and input this into your driving ability.
• You’ll have excellent communication skills, able to speak with colleagues and customers confidently.
