Job summary

Holcim UK in Southampton is looking for a safety‑mocused HGV Mixer Driver to join our regional team on a dedicated day shift, delivering Ready Mix Concrete across the region. You will operate a Category C licensed vehicle, uphold the highest standards of vehicle care and professional conduct, and work closely with site colleagues to ensure on‑time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C driving licence.

The Opportunity

Looking to take your HGV driving career to the next level? Whether you’re an experienced Mixer Driver or new to the field, we’ll fully support your development and help you transition from HGV to Tipper driving with full training provided!

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and safety-focused HGV Mixer Driver to work on a dedicated day shift to join our team, regionally based, you’ll be delivering across the region based out of Southampton.

You’ll be responsible for Ready Mix Concrete while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Who you are

• You’ll be a safe driver, with a valid Category C license.

• You’ll have good geographical knowledge of the local area.

• You’ll have an excellent awareness of safety and input this into your driving ability.

• You’ll have excellent communication skills, able to speak with colleagues and customers confidently.
