Job summary

Holcim UK is hiring a dedicated HGV Tipper Driver to join our Midlands-based team, operating from Croft or Bardon. You will deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt, mainly day shifts with night cover, and uphold the highest standards of safety and vehicle care.

You must be a safe driver with a Category C licence, possess good Midlands geography awareness, and be IT literate with strong communication skills. We value safety, reliability, and customer service in this role.

Qualifications

• Safe driver with a current Category C licence and good Midlands knowledge.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with driver duties.
• Comfortable using IT systems to track deliveries and records.
• Clear communicator with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt across the Midlands.
• Work mainly day shifts with night cover as required.
• Maintain vehicle condition and professionalism in all deliveries.
• Operate within safety standards and company policies.

The Opportunity

Looking to take your HGV driving career to the next level? Whether you’re an experienced Tipper Driver or new to the field, we’ll fully support your development and help you transition from HGV to Tipper driving with full training provided!

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and safety-focussed HGV Tipper Driver to join our team, regionally based, you’ll be delivering across the Midlands based out of Croft or Bardon.

You’ll be working mostly day shifts and night cover, you’ll be responsible for delivering primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Who You Are

• You’ll be a safe driver, with a valid Category C licence.
• You’ll have good geographical knowledge of the Midlands.
• You’ll have an excellent awareness of safety and input this into your driving ability.
• You’ll need to be IT literate, as you’ll spend time learning our IT systems to track your deliveries.
• You’ll have excellent communication skills, able to speak with colleagues and customers confidently.
