Job summary

Holcim UK is seeking a dedicated HGV Tipper Driver to join our Midlands-based distribution team. Based out of Croft or Bardon, you will deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt, upholding high standards of safety and vehicle care.

You should hold a valid Category C licence, have good knowledge of the Midlands area, and communicate confidently with colleagues and customers. Training will be provided to support progression within a safety‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Safe driving with a valid Category C licence.
• Strong safety awareness and driving record.
• Good knowledge of Midlands geography and routes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aggregates and asphalt to sites while maintaining vehicle condition.

The Opportunity

Looking to take your HGV driving career to the next level? Whether you’re an experienced Tipper Night Driver or new to the field, we’ll fully support your development and help you transition from HGV to Tipper driving with full training provided!

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and safety‑focussed HGV Tipper Driver to join our team, regionally based, you’ll be delivering across the Midlands based out of Croft or Bardon.

You’ll be responsible for delivering primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Who You Are

• You’ll be a safe driver, with a valid Category C licence.
• You’ll have good geographical knowledge of the Midlands.
• You’ll have an excellent awareness of safety and input this into your driving ability.
• You’ll have excellent communication skills, able to speak with colleagues and customers confidently.
