Job summary

Bright Horizons in the United Kingdom seeks a Time and Attendance Lead to own day-to-day T&A operations and drive improvements across the UKG system. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance and HR Systems to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.

You will provide expert advice on complex T&A matters, lead training, and develop onboarding and e-learning to support ongoing learning. You will identify risks and implement sustainable solutions while challenging processes for better

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance processes and HRIS systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical T&A solutions.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring managers and HR/Payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day UK T&A operations and drive system improvements.
• Provide specialist advice on complex T&A matters and support UKG users.
• Lead training initiatives and onboarding for the T&A system (on-site or virtual).
• Identify and manage T&A risks, escalating with Payroll where needed.
• Ensure T&A activity supports accurate downstream Payroll processing and data flow.
