Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Payroll Time and Attendance Specialist. This hybrid role involves hands-on payroll processing, T&A administration and ensuring timely, accurate payroll delivery with compliance across UK systems.

You will support line managers on absence records, work with UKG, and participate in testing, UAT and process improvements, while collaborating with HR and Finance to provide an excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing including audits and NMW checks.
• Experience using payroll and T&A systems; Workday preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll inputs, calculations, payments and deductions.
• Manage T&A discrepancies and UKG queries.
• Maintain training guides and support T&A system improvements.
• Support absence records and leave processing.
• Participate in testing system changes and UAT.
• Reconcile T&A hours with payroll after monthly integrations.
• First-line payroll checking and validation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers.
