Hunter Savage is seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a large timber frame housing development in Enniskillen. The role requires ownership of day-to-day site operations, overseeing subcontractors and labour, and delivering works to programme and high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven timber frame experience on large sites, NHBC compliance knowledge, and strong planning, communication, and health & safety skills.

Qualifications

• Proven timber frame house building on large sites.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations.
• Experience with NHBC compliance is essential.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Strong health & safety on-site track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of a large timber frame housing site.
• Manage subcontractors, site labour and suppliers.
• Plan and forecast work programmes, labour and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety practices including toolbox talks.
• Review drawings and resolve design or site issues with management/design team.
• Chair and attend site meetings.
• Ensure NHBC compliance throughout the build.
• Monitor progress against programme dates and quality standards.
