Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new-build housing project in the Lancaster area. You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring high-quality delivery with strict health and safety standards.

Successful candidates will have timber-frame experience, strong knowledge of residential construction, and a proven track record of delivering high-specification homes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification required.
• CSCS card held.
• First Aid certification.
• Recent references from a timber-frame/new-build housing project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to schedule work.
• Maintain programme and quality standards.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to project requirements.
