Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to oversee day-to-day works on a residential housing development in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and resources to ensure safe, efficient delivery to programme.

The ideal candidate has proven site foreman experience on large projects, with timber frame construction knowledge and NHBC/building regulation awareness. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Evidence of site foreman experience on large residential housing projects.
• Experience with timber frame house construction.
• Knowledge of NHBC and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities across the housing development.
• Manage subcontractors, site labour and suppliers.
• Plan and forecast labour, materials and upcoming works.
• Ensure works progress aligns with the project programme and deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements.
• Maintain strong H&S standards and conduct toolbox talks.
• Attend and chair site meetings as required.
• Review drawings and specifications, identifying issues with management and design teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed efficiently and to programme.
• Maintain accurate site records and assist with project reporting.
• Use email, Excel and computer systems confidently.
