Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Project Manager / Site Manager for a high-profile new build project in Enniskillen. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinating labour and subcontract staff to ensure quality and timeliness.

This permanent role includes a company vehicle and fuel card, with reporting to senior management and a focus on safety, documentation and site coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management / Project Management
• New build experience is essential
• H&S site management training up-to-date

Responsibilities

• Deliver the project on time and to the highest standard
• Report directly to the senior management team
• Provide accurate records, reports and site information
• Work to construction drawings and works information in fine detail
• Survey the site to mitigate problems and check design viability
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Play an instrumental role in negotiating contracts with direct and subcontract staff
• Liaise with engineers, with a strong understanding of site-level operations
