Job summary

THG is seeking a Social Commerce Executive for Myprotein, based at THG ICON in Manchester. You’ll support TikTok Shop operations, recruit creators and help drive campaigns and product launches with a data-driven mindset.

Working with the Social Commerce Manager, you’ll grow creator partnerships, track performance and optimize content and GMV across Myprotein and Myvitamins. A passion for TikTok, creators, and ecommerce is essential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about TikTok, creators, social media and ecommerce.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships with creators, agencies and internal teams.
• Commercially aware and able to work toward targets using performance data.

Responsibilities

• Support the Social Commerce Manager with day-to-day TikTok Shop operations for Myprotein and Myvitamins.
• Assist with recruiter onboarding and relationship management of creators.
• Support creator campaigns from brief to post-campaign, including seeding and promotions.
• Coordinate creator activations around new product launches and key moments.
• Track creator activity and performance against targets; identify opportunities to improve.
• Monitor metrics like content performance, sales, traffic, conversion and GMV; use data to drive decisions.
• Provide regular reporting and updates on creator and TikTok Shop performance.
