Job summary

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited is seeking a highly organised Social Commerce Executive to grow our TikTok Shop presence in the UK. You will support day-to-day management, live shopping, affiliate relationships and creator campaigns across our portfolio.

Reporting to the UK Social Commerce Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies, driving campaigns and sales while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months' experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media or e-commerce (internships included).
• A genuine passion for TikTok, creators, social commerce and the platform's features.
• Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills with creators, agencies and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms would be advantageous.
• Experience using spreadsheets and reporting tools to track campaign activity and results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop & Content Support - manage storefront content, uploads, descriptions, imagery and promotions to keep pages up to date.
• Campaign Support - coordinate vouchers, flash sales and launches to ensure timely delivery.
• Trend & Performance Monitoring - track trends and support performance reporting and analysis.
• Live Shopping - plan and coordinate TikTok Live Shopping events with the partner agency.
• Live Performance - monitor and report post-live results to identify improvement areas.
• Affiliate Management - support affiliate communications and relationships to drive sales.
• Creator Coordination - outreach to creators and manage product seeding and communications.
• Campaign Tracking - monitor affiliate activity, content delivery and results.
