Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is partnering with a fast-growing UK retail brand to recruit a Social Commerce Executive in Manchester. You will own the TikTok Shop operations, optimise listings and campaigns, and collaborate with creators and agencies to drive sales and growth.

In this role you will analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and work with internal stakeholders to maximise results while staying ahead of platform trends and updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop.
• 2–3 years' experience in eCommerce / social commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Knowledge of TikTok trends, live shopping or retail brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and growth of the TikTok Shop.
• Optimise product listings, promotions and campaign performance.
• Source and manage affiliate creators to drive sales.
• Work with agency partners to deliver successful live shopping events.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with TikTok and internal stakeholders to maximise results.
• Ensure platform compliance and stay ahead of TikTok trends and updates.
