Job summary

Nurture Talent is hiring a TikTok Shop & Content Manager in the United Kingdom to own the brand's growth on TikTok and TikTok Shop. You will create daily video content, host LIVE streams and drive GMV through ads, blending creativity with commercial thinking.

You’ll be the face of the brand, operating in-house video production and coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, launches and brand consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

Experience creating, filming and editing short-form content.
Confident with TikTok, TikTok Shop and social commerce; comfortable with GMV Ads.
Commercially minded with sales-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Create daily short-form video content in-house and be the face of the brand on camera.
Host daily TikTok LIVE streams to drive engagement and sales.
Own and grow TikTok Shop listings, pricing, promotions and GMV Ads.
Track revenue, conversions, CPA/ROAS and optimize based on data.
Adapt content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; collaborate with marketing campaigns.
Work with marketing to ensure brand consistency across channels.
