Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Social Commerce – TikTok Shop Manager to lead social media strategies focused on commerce across paid and owned channels. You will craft platform-specific content strategies, aligning with client objectives and delivering measurable outcomes for global brands.

You will collaborate with editorial, creative and marketing teams, manage client relationships, and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Proven ability to digest, interpret, and respond to briefs in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience as a social strategist on brand or agency side.
• Experience working with global brands and senior clients.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results.
• Paid & Organic Integration: Develop strategies that seamlessly integrate paid and organic social media efforts to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with client editorial, creative, and marketing teams to develop engaging content strategies for target audiences.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of social media platforms and trends to craft innovative strategies.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance on social media best practices.
• Brief Response & Execution: Digest briefs quickly and ensure strategies align with client objectives and budgets.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track social performance and provide regular insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: Lead social media projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.
• Presentation & Communication: Confidently present strategic thinking and creative solutions to clients.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of trends and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to integrate social strategies with overall marketing.
• Client Location Work: Willingness to work at client locations as needed.
