A leading designer toy company in Greater London is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to launch and grow its TikTok Shop presence across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience and proven ecommerce trading skills. You will be responsible for managing daily shop trading, optimizing operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a founding role with growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

• Own trading & performance for TikTok Shop UK & EU.
• Lead end-to-end shop ops: product listings and promotions.
• Track performance: build dashboards and share insights.
