Embed Talent is seeking a TikTok Manager to own our TikTok presence for a portfolio of health and wellness products. You will grow our audience, engagement and drive sales by delivering compelling short-form content and influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, creating and publishing videos, tracking performance and coordinating LIVE shopping events. You will work with internal teams and creators to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing TikTok content for a consumer-facing brand.
• Experience in ecommerce/health/wellness/lifestyle sectors is preferred.
• Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form video content.
• Experience collaborating with influencers, creators and UGC campaigns.

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on TikTok Manager to take ownership of our TikTok presence and help grow an exciting portfolio of health and wellness products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands the latest trends, knows how to create engaging short-form content, and can build strong relationships with influencers and content creators.

You'll play a key role in shaping our TikTok strategy, growing our audience, increasing engagement and helping turn great content into sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own our TikTok strategy - Develop and execute a content strategy that grows brand awareness, engagement and reach.
• Create engaging content - Generate ideas, film, edit and publish TikTok videos that capture attention and drive results.
• Stay ahead of trends - Spot emerging TikTok trends, sounds and content formats, and turn them into relevant, engaging content.
• Manage influencers and creators - Identify, approach and collaborate with TikTok influencers, UGC creators and affiliates to produce authentic content.
• Support TikTok Shop growth - Help develop opportunities through TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate activity and product-led content.
• Coordinate TikTok LIVE activity - Support the planning and delivery of live shopping sessions, working with hosts, creators or external partners.
• Plan campaigns and launches - Build a consistent content calendar around new products, promotions, seasonal opportunities and key campaigns.
• Track performance - Monitor views, engagement, audience growth and content performance, using insights to continually improve results.
• Work collaboratively - Coordinate with internal teams and external creators to bring creative ideas to life.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing TikTok content for a consumer-facing brand, ideally within ecommerce, health, beauty, wellness or lifestyle.
• A strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, trends, storytelling and what makes content perform.
• Hands-on experience creating, filming and editing short-form video content.
• Experience working with influencers, content creators and UGC campaigns.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute them quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• A results-driven approach, with an understanding of how TikTok can support brand growth and sales.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with TikTok Shop and TikTok affiliate programmes.
• Experience organising or managing TikTok LIVE shopping.
• Knowledge of influencer gifting and creator seeding campaigns.
• Confidence using CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
• Experience repurposing TikTok content for Instagram Reels and Facebook.
