Job summary

Masstemps are recruiting for an experienced TIG Aluminium Welder / Fabricator to join a busy manufacturing team in Kidderminster. This hands-on role requires skilled welding to high standards from drawings and specifications.

You will fabricate and weld aluminium components, inspect workmanship, read engineering drawings, and work to deadlines in a safe, tidy workshop. Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm; pay up to £17 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TIG welding aluminium (industrial/fabrication environment).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong fabrication and metalworking skills with quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• TIG weld aluminium components and assemblies to a high standard.
• Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components accurately.
• Measure, mark out, cut and prepare materials prior to welding.
• Carry out welding, grinding, finishing and general fabrication duties.
• Ensure welds and finished products meet required quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Work to production deadlines while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Masstemps are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Aluminium Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Kidderminster.
This is a hands-on role for a skilled welder/fabricator who is confident working with aluminium and TIG welding and can produce high-quality work from drawings and specifications.
You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of a range of metal components and assemblies, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay

Up to £17.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
