Job summary

Service Service in Droitwich is recruiting an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business. This hands-on role involves aluminium fabrication for heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicle applications, reading detailed drawings and delivering high-quality components.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with potential overtime at enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG and TIG welding on aluminium.
• Able to read engineering drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience fabricating aluminium components.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding and fabrication of aluminium from 2.5mm to 10mm thickness.
• Read from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Fabrication work to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
• Assist with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and press brake operations where required.
• Ensure work is completed safely and within production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Aluminium Welder Fabricator. Droitwich. £17.00 to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Service Service is recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Droitwich.

This is a hands-on role working on the fabrication and welding of aluminium components for heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicle applications. The successful candidate will be able to work from detailed engineering drawings and produce high-quality fabrication work to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding and fabrication of aluminium from 2.5mm to 10mm thickness
• Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Carry out fabrication work to a high standard of quality and accuracy
• Assist with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and press brake operations where required
• Ensure work is completed safely and within production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

About You

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication
• Aluminium welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working with aluminium fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good time management and organisational skills
