Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join the matchday team as Matchday Stewards at the American Express Stadium in Brighton. You'll help keep fans safe and ensure an enjoyable experience during the 2026/27 season.

No prior qualifications are required; full training will be provided ahead of the first matchday. Applicants must be 18 or older and available for all home matches; the role is paid at £13.85 per hour on an hourly basis.

About you

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fan-focused environment. If you enjoy interacting with lots of people, have excellent communication skills, and take pride in being a reliable team player, then you could be a great fit for our matchday team.

You don’t need to hold any qualifications or have any previous experience as full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older.
