MPL Claims in Colchester is recruiting a Third Party Claims Adjuster to join our fast-paced team. You will handle third-party interventions, contact claimants by phone and email, and guide claims from start to finish.

We value strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a target-driven environment. This is a full-time, office-based role in Colchester CO1 1TG, with training provided on our bespoke claims systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor claims is desirable.
• Comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contact third-party claimants via phone and email to offer services.
• Convert claimants to use intervention services.
• Log information and manage claims in the bespoke system.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers, repairers and vehicle suppliers.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs; review invoices for accuracy.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Third Party Claims Adjuster to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. In this role, you’ll focus on third-party intervention contacting claimants to offer our services and managing the claims process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Contact third-party claimants via phone and email to explain and offer relevant services.
• Work to convert third-party claimants into using our intervention services.
• Use our bespoke claims management system to log information and manage claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with external partners (insurers, brokers, repairers, and vehicle suppliers) to ensure claims are processed smoothly.
• Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review invoices from authorised partners for accuracy and input them into the system for approval.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in motor claims is desirable.
• Experience with high volume inbound & outbound calls.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning bespoke systems.
