Job summary

The role emphasizes building excellent rapport with customers, sales managers, distributors, and field teams, while maintaining ongoing communication with scheduling and department managers.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, subscribed to ACRIB.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-starter with ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively.
• Clean valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to all assigned service calls on duty.
• Perform work safely per company policy and current codes.
• Maintain planned maintenance completion rate of at least 90%.
• Keep scheduling team informed of schedule changes and open jobs.
• Close tasks in Oracle MFS and complete weekly paperwork.
• Create reports using FieldDB and ensure data synchronization.

Education

NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, Subscribed to ACRIB
