Job summary

Priory Hospital Chelmsford is seeking a Senior Therapy Services Administrator to join our Site Support Roles team. This permanent, full-time position offers a 37.5-hour week at Priory Hospital Chelmsford, with a salary of £27,277 per year.

You will provide a professional reception service to patients, guests and staff, manage the Therapy Reception area, support the Therapy Services Manager, and help keep the hospital organised and welcoming.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role with strong admin tasks.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
• Strong time management, organisational abilities and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception service to patients, guests and staff.
• Welcome arrivals, manage the Therapy Reception area and lead the administration team.
• Support the Therapy Services Manager by responding to patient concerns and maintaining a welcoming environment.
