Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an Administrator Team Lead to join a busy clinic operations team. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, paid at £13.12 per hour, with a temporary-to-permanent path.

You will support the full patient journey, manage calls, book appointments, and maintain patient records across multiple systems. You will supervise a small team of two administrators, providing guidance and day-to-day support while helping to develop confidence and a collaborative working

Responsibilities

  • Support the full patient journey from referral through to discharge.
  • Manage patient calls and respond to queries from patients, therapists, and other stakeholders.
  • Book appointments and ensure all systems are updated accurately.
  • Type and format clinical assessment letters.
  • Maintain and update patient records across multiple internal systems.
  • Log and process new referrals efficiently.
  • Manage shared inbox queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate consultant and therapy diaries across systems and Outlook.
  • Greet and assist visitors on site in a professional manner.

Administrator Team Lead (Temporary to Permanent)

£13.12 per hour | Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for a confident and organised Administrator Team Lead to join a busy and supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys leading a small team, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the full patient journey from referral through to discharge
  • Managing patient calls and responding to queries from patients, therapists, and other stakeholders
  • Booking appointments and ensuring all systems are updated accurately
  • Typing and formatting clinical assessment letters
  • Maintaining and updating patient records across multiple internal systems
  • Logging and processing new referrals efficiently
  • Managing shared inbox queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinating consultant and therapy diaries across systems and Outlook
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors on site in a professional manner
Team Leadership
  • Managing and supporting a small team of 2 administrators
  • Providing guidance, oversight, and day-to-day support
  • Helping to develop and grow the confidence of a newer team
  • Creating a positive, collaborative working environment
