Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Support Practitioner to join our specialist provision supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH and neurodivergent needs. You will help pupils engage with learning, developing emotional regulation, confidence and resilience in a nurturing, structured environment.
This role offers flexible working across settings and close collaboration with families and external professionals.
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Support Practitioner to join our specialist provision supporting children and young people with SEND, including SEMH and neurodivergent needs.

We provide bespoke, targeted support for every pupil, developed through authentic relationships, close work with families and external professionals, and a strong focus on inclusion and wellbeing.
You will support pupils to engage positively with learning and daily life, helping them to develop emotional regulation, confidence and resilience. The role involves working flexibly across settings and contributing to a nurturing, structured and aspirational environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
