Looking for a meaningful therapy role where you can support a small caseload, work as part of a multidisciplinary team and see the impact of your work every day? We’d love to hear from you!

At SWAAY, you will work with a small caseload of approximately 6-8 young people who have experienced significant developmental trauma, attachment difficulties and complex emotional and behavioural needs.
