Job summary

SWAAY is hiring a Residential Support Worker for a Children’s Home in Bracknell. The role is full-time or part-time with a rolling rota, offering full training and sleep-in allowances. You will support traumatised young people aged 11-18, providing stability, life-skills coaching and emotional support within a safeguarding-focused environment.

Full training is provided, including NVQ pathways. No prior qualification may be required as training is funded; a career change is welcomed.

What you'll do as a Residential Support Worker:

You will work within a team and receive regular training, guidance and supervision.An NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare is desirable – but if you don't yet hold this qualification, we will fully fund and support you to achieve it
