The Witherslack Group is hiring a Therapies Assistant for Bramley Hill School in Surrey. You will work under speech and language and occupational therapy supervision, supporting one-to-one and small group interventions, gathering data for assessments, and collaborating with parents, carers and agencies to secure the best outcomes for children with SEND.

Qualificações
- 5 GCSEs including English
- Experience working with children and young people with SEMH/SEN
- Good safeguarding understanding and practice
- A can-do attitude and teamwork skills
- Honesty and empathy; resilience to challenging situations
Responsabilidades
- Work under the supervision of the onsite Speech and Language Therapist and Occupational Therapist.
- Support one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Gather information for high quality assessments.
- Work as part of the team around the child.
- Liaise with parents, carers and partner agencies to support outcomes for children and young people.
