Job summary

Outcomes First Group’s New Barn School is seeking a Therapies Assistant to join a cross-disciplinary team supporting students aged 6–19 with SEN. You will work with Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions under supervision and contributing to placement plans.

You will observe, co-facilitate staff training, attend multi-agency meetings, and engage in ongoing service development with regular opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with SEN is desirable.
• Independent and motivated while working under supervision of clinicians.
• Able to develop bespoke interventions to meet complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessments and interventions under supervision of qualified clinicians.
• Support creation of communication and sensory profiles and placement plans.
• Observations, staff training co-facilitation, and participation in multi-agency meetings.

Education

5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including English
