Job summary

Compass Community is seeking Teaching Assistants to support children with SEMH/SEND needs in a trauma-informed environment. You will work closely with teachers to deliver sessions, support small groups or 1:1, and help create engaging learning displays that enhance the classroom for pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning in a classroom or educational setting.
• Ability to work with children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, pupils and parents/carers.

Responsibilities
