Job summary

Greenleaf House is seeking a Registered Manager in Thornhill, United Kingdom. You will oversee a team of childcare practitioners and promote high standards of practice, ensuring outcomes, data and records are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a residential children’s home in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Eligible for SSSC registration and PVG membership for work with children and adults.
• Full UK manual driving licence and eligible for company cars insurance.
• Relevant qualifications in social care or other relevant subject.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Residential Care Practitioners and Seniors to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee implementation of Operations, Health and Safety policies in homes.
• Maintain records, data analysis and performance targets across the home.
• Build relationships with statutory bodies and local community stakeholders.
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed and reviewed.
