NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is recruiting a Theatre Team Lead - Charge Nurse for Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The role carries Band 6 responsibilities, leading Nurses and ODPs in a fast-paced theatre setting with a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Permanent, full-time with 36 hours per week. The post includes leadership, education and mentorship duties, and requires theatre experience, dual scrub/anaesthetic skills and flexibility to cover a 24/7 service.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
• Theatre experience and dual scrub/anaesthetic skills.
• Evidence of continual professional development and leadership ability.
• Ability to work flexibly within a 24/7 service.

• Lead and manage a team of Nurses and ODPs within the theatre department.
• Oversee patient care and staff management within the theatre environment.
