NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Medical High Dependency Unit (MHDU) as a Band 6 Deputy Charge Nurse at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. This permanent, part-time role offers day/night rotation and a supportive, patient-centred environment.

You will work alongside the Senior Charge Nurse to provide clinical and operational leadership, contribute to workforce management, lead service improvements, and uphold high nursing standards in a busy acute

Formación

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Significant post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Experience in High Dependency, Critical Care, or Acute Medical Services desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy and dynamic acute healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Charge Nurse with clinical and operational leadership.
