NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) seeks a motivated Team Lead Charge Nurse/ODP to join the South Sector Theatre team. This role blends clinical leadership with people management to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy theatre environment.

You will develop staff, drive service improvements and work with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes. The post is based at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

Competenze

• First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration or ODP with HCPC registration.
• Significant theatre or perioperative experience.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and CPD.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to support staff.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical leadership to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.
• Lead and support staff within the theatre environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with standards.
• Promote a safe clinical environment for patients and staff.
• Support workforce management including rostering and absence management.
• Contribute to staff development, mentorship and service improvement.
