Job summary

ATG Entertainment’s New Theatre Oxford is seeking confident Customer Service Hosts to enhance box office operations and guest experiences. You will handle ticketing queries, promote packages and upgrades, and work closely with Customer Experience and Security teams to ensure a seamless visit.

As a frontline host, you’ll maximise on-the-night sales while delivering excellent information about productions and venues, supporting various departments, and providing a warm, professional guest

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Experience working towards sales targets.
• Experience in theatre, live entertainment, hospitality or events venue.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and act as primary contact for customers.
• Sell tickets, memberships and retail products to maximise sales.
• Provide information on packages or activities to enhance visits and make bookings if requested.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Security Teams and assist with greeting and ticket scanning.
• Support Front of House duties when needed and assist with access patrons.
