Spire Murrayfield Hospital in Wirral is hiring a part-time Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be the welcoming face for patients, consultants and visitors, providing an efficient reception and administrative service with a high standard of patient care.
Working 15 hours per week across a rota, you will cover shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 1:00pm to 9:00pm on weekdays, and 7:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.

You will provide an efficient reception and administrative service while delivering an excellent experience for patients, consultants, visitors and hospital colleagues.

Your role
As a Receptionist, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service to patients, consultants, visitors and hospital colleagues. You will aim to meet and exceed expectations by providing a warm, professional and caring welcome.
You will also provide an efficient administrative service, working in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills and complete confidentiality at all times.

No formal qualifications are required, but you must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, visitors and colleagues. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance appropriate to a healthcare environment.

Previous experience of using hospital systems and an understanding of healthcare processes and procedures would be advantageous, but training will be provided where appropriate.
